Purpose of the processing
The legal basis of the processing is the business relationship created for the purpose of the existing supply activity, relative to the article 6 comma 'b' and 'c' of GDPR.
The data processing will be done for:
- Execution of the supply;
- Performance of the obligations required by laws or regulations;
- Protection of the rights of Panozzo S.r.l. in court;
- Sending technical, administrative or commercial information material.
In relation to the aforementioned purposes, no specific data regarding the interested person will be processed(i.e sensitive data).
Processing methods
The data will be processed mainly by electronic and IT tools and stored both on computer media and on any other type of suitable support, in compliance with the security measures provided by our internal regulations and from certification UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 and may involve all the operations envisaged by Article 4, comma 2 del GDPR.
Mandatory nature
All required data are mandatory.
Consequences of refusal to grant data
In case of failure to enter one or more mandatory data, it will not be possible to enjoy the requested supply.
Subjects to whom personal data may be communicated.
The personal data relating to the processing in question may be disclosed to persons who are granted the right to access personal data by law or secondary and / or community regulations.
Geographical scope of treatment.
Personal data will always be processed within the European community.
Storage.
The personal data processed exclusively for administrative - accounting purposes are kept for a period not exceeding that required by current tax regulations for the conservation of documents. even a cancellation request cannot prevail over this type of storage.
The personal data processed for newsletter / marketing purposes are kept until the time of its cancellation request.
All personal data is saved in backup copies up to thirty days.
Profiling.
Your data will not be subjected to an exclusively automated decision-making process that may produce legal effects that concern you or that may significantly affect your person.
Rights of the interested:
In relation to the processing of your personal data, you are entitled, pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03 and art.14 and subsequent of the GDPR, to protect his rights against Panozzo S.r.l., in particular, you have the right to know, at any time, which data of yours are held by individual data controllers, in this case, by Panozzo S.r.l. or by the above mentioned to whom we must communicate them, and how your data is used;

The IP addresses of all visitors accessing to our site are collected. The data collected is used for the management of the technical and administrative operations of our company, the diagnosis of any technical problems and the prevention of intrusion and abuse of the service.
